I was always the numbers guy. Got a finance degree thinking I'd end up in a corporate seat, but I always wanted more out of my life than that. Bounced through idea after idea trying to start something of my own, and eventually landed in marketing once I got hooked on the psychology behind it. I started as a UGC Creator, and over the last 2 years I've worked with 200+ brands and agencies to help drive millions of organic and paid views across socials. But there was always a problem with the process most creative directors ran, and that's what led us to build Day & Knight, to cut out as many pitfalls in the creative process as possible (since we have experienced every single one).
I was the kid that tried every side hustle to avoid getting a real job. Most failed, some were moderately successful, but all the skills I picked up pointed me toward UGC two years ago. Since then I've worked with 200+ brands and agencies, and kept noticing the same thing: most of these deals lack strategy and organization, and the brands wonder why they fall flat.
