We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

By accessing or using this site you agree to the following:
- You will not copy, scrape, or republish any portion of this site, its design system, source code, or creative output.
- You will not use any video, image, copy, or brand element shown on this site in your own marketing, decks, or commercial work.

- Brand logos shown in the Trusted by section appear with permission from each respective client and remain the property of those clients.
4. Client work and creator content
Videos shown in the Paid Ads Creatives section were produced by Day & Knight Media for the clients listed. They are displayed here as portfolio examples with the consent of each client and the participating creators. Creator imagery, voices, and likenesses are used under written agreements with each creator. Republishing, downloading, or reusing any reel without written permission is prohibited.

Day & Knight Media provides creative production services. We do not run paid media, manage ad accounts, or guarantee specific performance outcomes. Results vary by brand, offer, audience, and spend, and any forward-looking statements on this site are aspirational, not promises.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayandknight LLC, its founders, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the fees you paid us under that project.
